Meet and Greets are required for all new clients prior to first service. A $25.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold the appointment. The consultation is at your home, and is usually between 15-30 minutes. We will send you New Client forms to fill out beforehand so we can get to know your pet(s).

During your consultation it is important to connect with your pet and their needs, touch on their daily routines, and make you feel as comfortable during your time away as possible.

We provide service in Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Malta, Round Lake, Stillwater, Ballston Spa, Ballston Lake, Milton, and Middle Grove.

There will be a $15.00 fee added to each visit for services provided the day before, day of, and day after the following holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day.

Sit N’ Stay Saratoga, LLC reserves the right to adjust visit routines based on inclement weather to avoid putting your pet and our service provider at risk. In extreme heat and cold, we may limit outdoor activities for your dog’s safety. In these instances, if you do not give us specific instructions regarding your dog’s routine, these decisions will be made at the discretion of our service provider.

Sit N’ Stay Saratoga, LLC will be closed for services when inclement weather makes it unsafe to travel. If paid in full prior, your account will be credited.

Booking purchases of $100 or more, a weekend, or a holiday period require full payment prior to confirming your booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is applied to any Pet Sitting bookings not cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

Pet Stop ins and walking must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Animal Reiki must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
